Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns due to health codes. If there is evidence of a manufacturing error with your jar, you can make a claim by emailing officialletsjam@gmailcom. After investigation of the claim, you may have the option if you would like to replace or refund your item. 

If you are approved and choose a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

Our refund and returns policy is good for 7 days from the date of purchase.  If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
