Shipping Policy

Let’s Jam assumes no responsibility for any legal charges as a result of changing local/state laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if any transaction for your state is legal with the exceptions of Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota – due to their zero (0%) Delta-9 content is not allowable by law. We only ship products that are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% THC. 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over $100

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Let’s Jam is not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Damaged items from transit can be replaced with proof of damage upon delivery. Claim for damaged item must be made within the first 24 hrs of receipt of delivery by emailing evidence to officialletsjam@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to regulatory restrictions on hemp-derived products.
